Interested in applying as an FCA  Board Member? 

FCA Board of Directors serve to represent the best interests of those individuals living in the Columbia Valley Urban Growth Area (CVUGA).  Providing decision making and oversight of community-based projects, the board vets and selects community projects that will have long-term, transformational community health benefits on the majority of the population.  The FCA Board determines project implementation strategies, oversees agreements and contracts, and approves financial activity to ensure that projects are adequately moving forward towards completion with intended outcomes in mind.  The board creates, participates, and oversees the assessment and evaluation process to determine whether or not projects have met anticipated outcomes.
